let Me tell you from my own experience. You can build or add muscle mass in 6-12 weeks with consistent training ,as for fat loss that can take 8-16 weeks on slow range ,or by faster protocol up to 6 weeks.

You will start seeing Muscle gain after about 6 weeks of consistent training . In the first 6 months of working out a man can average build 6-10 kg of lean muscle , Woman can build about 3-6 kg in the first 6 months. After a year of Training,muscle Growth will slow.
MANY ASKED ME WHAT I SHOULD DO FIRST TO BUILD MUSCLE OR LOSE FAT ?
i Think you should build muscle mass first as muscle can improve metabolism and also lose fat while you are gaining weight .
But if you are high in body fat % then losing fat first will be healthier ,but you must take in consideration that you will likely lose some muscle mass also. If you are just skinny and have high body fat I would start with building muscle.
Another question I get a lot is What is the Fastest way to lose Weight And Gain Muscle ? In my opinion the best way is through a combination of Strength and Nutrition Changes , Also get proper rest and Sleep.
Recovery From Exercise is just as important as exercise itself, Sleep Deprivation is a catabolic process and releases stress Hormones that increase fat storage.
HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK SHOULD I WORK OUT TO GAIN MUSCLE MASS ?
I Suggest My Customers to do 3-5 Weight Training a Week for at least 45-60 minutes.
I get asked alot is 45-60 minutes enough ? 45-60 is Plenty of time to build muscle and that will allow you to train as efficiently as possible by targeting several Muscle Groups at the same time.
The Most important factor is Consistency is most important in building muscle. You can have the best diet and best workout but it won’t matter if you don’t follow it.
